WINE CAVE DINNER
Enjoy the unique experience of dining in a wine cave! Join the winemaker for a garden tour and tasting followed by a delicious sit down, three course candlelit dinner in the company of others. Award winning chefs have created a series of menus focusing on fresh, local, and organic ingredients. The cuisine has been tastefully paired with the mountain wines from Hans Fahden Vineyards. Although the Chef creates a new menu each week to showcase the most fresh and local ingredients, he is happy to accomodate any special requests for dietary restrictions if the request is made during ticket purchase and made more than 12 hours in advance of the event. Also, if you prefer to bring your own wine or beverage there is no corkage fee.

THE WINERY
Hans Fahden Vineyards and Winery is a family producer of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a popular destination for wine country weddings and wine cave dinners. The 100 acres has been in the Fahden family since 1912. It is located in the Mayacamas Range, five minutes from Calistoga. The estate winery was bonded in 1986 and produces less than 2,000 cases per year. A volcanic cave and Monet garden setting is the centerpiece, with a teahouse overlooking ponds filled with water lilies and mountain vineyard views.
